Why Screen Printing Is Still King
Despite newer technologies, screen printing remains the preferred method for bulk custom apparel because nothing matches its combination of vibrancy, durability, and cost-effectiveness at scale. A screen-printed design becomes part of the fabric — it doesn't crack, peel, or fade like cheaper alternatives. After 100 washes, the print still looks sharp.
Screen printing also produces the most vibrant colors of any print method. The ink sits on top of the fabric with full opacity, so colors pop — even on dark garments. White on black, neon on navy, metallic on charcoal — screen printing handles it all with a quality that heat transfer and DTG simply can't match at scale.
Our Screen Printing Capabilities
The Screen Printing Process
Screen printing works by pushing ink through a mesh stencil (screen) onto the garment. Each color requires a separate screen, which is why setup costs make screen printing most economical for bulk orders. Once the screens are made, cranking out 50 or 500 shirts takes roughly the same time per piece.
Our process: you provide or we create the artwork, we separate the colors and create screens, you approve a proof, and we print. Setup takes the most time — actual printing is fast. That's why 100 shirts aren't much more expensive than 24 of the same design.
