These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vanillaboxnj.com (the "Site"), operated by The Vanilla Box LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a custom apparel and design company serving Central New Jersey. By using the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
The Vanilla Box LLC provides custom apparel and branding services including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, truck lettering, vehicle graphics, business signage, and related design work. You can reach us at (732) 272-1929 or thevanillabox1@gmail.com.
You may use the Site to learn about our services, request quotes, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you give us, including quantities, garment selection, artwork complexity, and turnaround requirements. Final pricing is confirmed before production begins. Quotes may expire or change if project details change or if blank garment pricing or availability changes.
Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, are confirmed when your order is placed. Custom-decorated goods are made to order, and orders may not be canceled once production has begun.
Because custom-printed and embroidered items are produced specifically for you, they cannot be returned for reasons of preference. If an order arrives with a production defect or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right through reprint, repair, or credit at our discretion.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and photography, are owned by The Vanilla Box LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Designs we create for your project are licensed to you for the ordered use once the project is paid in full; our portfolio rights to display completed work are retained unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep Site information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or that the Site will be available without interruption.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vanilla Box LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold The Vanilla Box LLC harmless from claims arising out of artwork or content you supply, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
